How Sweet…

December 8, 2007

My brother Paul has a pet snake specifically an albino python. It really scares me every time I see it. The snake is very long and big it’s as if it would eat me. Paul even bought it n special glass cage. My brother feeds his pet some rats and a small pig. The pet food he gives cost him a lot but he doesn’t mind. One time Paul forgot to lock the cage and Sweet the snake got out and it bit our neighbor. That really made my mom really angry because our neighbor will sue us. My mom needed to find a Lawyer Referral Directory and seek legal services to settle everything.

After that incident, my mom told Paul to sell the snake or do something about it. But my brother still keeps the snake. Now Sweet is even bigger and for my mom not to get mad again. Paul lets Sweet breed so that he could sell the off springs. He really earns a lot from this. A lot of snake lovers buy from him. He is now planning to breed some other kinds of snakes. Well he gives my mom some of his earnings so that mom will not to ask him to throw the snakes. Paul loves snakes especially Sweet. Now Sweet’s cage is a lot bigger and there is room in the house just for his snakes.

Blue’s Allergies

Lizella has three Salukis. These breed of dogs are called sight hounds. They have long legs and are very fast and agile. They really are also very cute dogs. Liz always brings her dogs anywhere she goes or where she is assigned. She loves her dogs so much. She even got a Sydney Nanny when she was assigned to Australia just for the dogs to be looked after. Salukis are high maintenance dogs. You have to have a large space at your house where they can run and play. But they are easily taught and they abide commands at once. She even gives her pets dogs a walk in the park once a week. Her dogs sleep at her room so she has to change her bed covers every week but she never complains about it.

Every Christmas she gives Bambi, Buster and Blue some (the names of her Salukis) gifts. Her family is also very fond of them. The three of them are also considered part of the family. On time Blue had a skin allergy. It caused him very bad blisters around his body. Liz was very afraid that Blue would die so she rushed him to the vet. Fortunately the vet said that he has some allergies because of the dog food they are giving him. She immediately threw all of the old pet food and bought some new ones. Now every time when she buys some food for the dogs she consults the vet first. She always says “Well just having some precautions for them”.

Babies?

My cousin Andrei really love dogs. He has about a dozen of shitz zu puppies at his place. He loves his pets so much that half of his monthly salary goes to the dogs. You see Andrei is a chef and he is really earning a lot. He even sometimes cooks for his dogs. I remember one time he really doesn’t want to leave his dogs. He needs to enroll online at http://www.wci.edu/ just for his pets not to be alone. He really tries his best to go home early to feed his babies (well his babies are the dogs). Sometimes when he needs to go out of town, Andrei pays his neighbor to feed and look after the dogs.

When the dogs have an appointment to the veterinary Andrei has to file a leave at his work just to know if his pets are fine. What really costs him a lot are the anti-rabies shot for his pets. At especial occasions he dress-up his babies. They really are cute and cuddly once his babies are all dressed-up. He said that sometimes having a dozen of pet dogs is really a head ache. But each time he sees them he feels happy. Andrei gave one if his puppies to me and I treat my pet as my baby too. Now I see why he is very fond of them.

Holiday Present for Pets

December 2, 2007

After deciding to buy the htc touch which I saw from TestFreaks a couple of weeks ago as an early Christmas present for myself, I thought that my pet should also get a gift from me. Diana and Joe are my six month old hamsters and I’ve treated them as my babies ever since I got them from the pet store. They already had twelve babies since then but I decided to keep three of them and name them Francine, Jack and Mau. Now that the three babies are also growing up, it looks like they could really use a new cage.

Yesterday I went to a pet shop down town to look for a good cage for them. I saw a lot of cool cages there but there was a particular one that I thought would be perfect for them. For only fifty bucks, I got them a new hamster cage with long tunnels and loops that they could use for playing. This is one of the first gifts that I bought for my Christmas presents and I’ve spent good money on it. Though I’m all excited to give my presents to my pets, we all have to wait until the Christmas Eve before I could give it to them.
